Paisley Partners Inc. CEO presented with Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal

The CEO of Toronto-based Paisley Partners Inc. is among the latest recipients of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. Lt.-Col. (retired) Barry Downs, C.D., was presented with the award last week by federal MP Jim Karygiannis (Scarborough-Agincourt).
Mr. Downs has been honoured primarily for his work with various military and veterans organizations including the Canadian Forces Liaison Council, The Corps of Commissionaires, The Toronto Artillery Association and the Toronto Airborne Gunners Association.
